The Digital Business Solution (DBS) team is responsible for the support, evolution, and implementation of new business solutions across the company. As part of a major digital transformation, we own a portfolio of projects and initiatives covering a large variety of applications and fields of expertise (ERP, CRM, custom made applications, Business Intelligence, etc.).

The Senior Software Developer will join a subset of the team focused on custom made applications and will contribute to our development activities ensuring alignment between the various teams, recommending best practices, and contributing to the delivery of reliable and adequate solutions.


  • Contribute to the design and development of custom business applications/tools that will improve productivity
  • Participate in requirements gathering for custom business applications/tools with project manager/Team Leads related to
  • Evaluate and estimate the development effort required for new project requests related to custom business applications/tools
  • Assist in the deployment of custom business solutions in the production environment
  • Mentor junior developers on best practices for software coding, answer technical questions they may have regarding development platforms or custom applications; and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are being followed
  • Propose any innovations or enhancements to existing custom applications/tools that will lead to an improvement in productivity for the business as a whole
  • Participate in the triage of support requests submitted by customers for custom business applications/tools to help identify whether they are new feature requests rather than potential bugs with the application/tool
  • The employee will be on call in case of system failure


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in C# software development

Technical Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of with C# and the .NET Framework
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • Experience implementing automated test
  • Experience building RESTful Web API
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Forms and MVC
  • Knowledge of WCF and Win Forms
  • Knowledge of Azure Service Bus
  • Knowledge of Logic Apps
  • Knowledge of TFS (DevOps)
  • Knowledge of Git
  • Knowledge of IIS


  • Knowledge of Agile / KANBAN methodology
  • Knowledge of Jira/Confluence
  • Knowledge of Adxstudio Portal
  • Knowledge of CRM Development
  • Knowledge of PowerShell
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architect
  • Knowledge of SSRS/SSAS/SSIS and ETL
  • Knowledge of Power BI
