Procurement & Planning Specialist

The resource will be included within the HUB Parking Technology Business Unit, the Business Unit of the FAAC Group that develops, produces and distributes the most advanced, flexible and reliable parking solutions. Specifically, the resource will be included in the Procurement & Planning area.

Main activities:

  • Procurement management and release of purchase orders
  • Verification of the delivery plans developed by the system to ensure timely delivery of the requested material
  • Daily relations with suppliers and collaboration in close contact with the Order Processing and the reference Buyer
  • Participation in projects for a greater efficiency of the Supply Chain

Skills and requirements required:

  • Diploma in a technical field or equivalent
  • Previous experience in the role (2-5 years)
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • I use Office package (especially Excel), knowledge of SAP is appreciated
  • Good communication skills and accuracy
