The Spirit of the Position:

Tenant Relations Manager is responsible for all tenant accounts within the Arena District. The Tenant Relations Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for Arena District tenants and is responsible for managing those relationships through attention to detail, excellent customer service, and addressing complaints in a positive manner.

Principal Job Duties:

  • Manage and enforce Arena District tenant parking lease terms as they relate to parking and validation account obligations.
  • Maintain organized records of all relevant leases, amendments, and agreements.
  • Answer incoming calls and return voicemails and emails from tenant accounts.
  • Ensure the distribution of parking credentials and other necessary documents to managers and tenants.
  • Assist tenants with questions related to monthly parking invoices, validation invoices, and lease obligations.
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of parking related consumables, including hangtags, parking credentials, tickets, validations, etc.
  • Maintain, update, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as assigned.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

  • 5+ years in account management and customer service in a professional environment

Skills:

  • Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general Microsoft Office applications skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
