The Spirit of the Position:
The TF Green Bookkeeper position reports to the LAZ TF Green Parking Operations Manager and supports the location by ensuring accuracy in compiling and reporting all financial information related to the location in a timely and accurate manner.
Principal Job Duties:
Participate in all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and monthly closings
Reviewing daily reports provided from supervisors of daily reconciliation.
Reviewing daily reports for any discrepancies
Confirming cash deposit are accurate and deposits slips are in sequential order
All DCR entries for all logical zones
Enter all data into clients excel daily summary sheet
Once a week full cash audit. (Count all cash in Pay stations and in Safe)
Provide supervisors with change if needed in their personal banks
DOT Driver Compliance Oversight
Audit Compliance Oversight
Research/respond to credit card disputes
Assist with operations when needed
Drive the annual budget process for the location with the operational team
Develop and implement policies, controls, and procedures to improve financial performance, efficiency, and accuracy
Answer incoming emails and electronic requests.
Degree in Accounting or minimum of 5 years equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Must have strong communication, leadership and organizational skills
Excellent analytical ability
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to seek improvement and create an environment of idea sharing and creative problem solving.
Ability to be approachable and facilitate coaching conversations with employees and managers.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will include a base salary, bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
