The Spirit of the Position

The Business Solutions Manager oversees the comprehensive development, implementation, and execution of strategic projects within the operation. As a company devoted to promoting an employee-focused servant leadership culture, the Business Solutions Manager will support home office originated company initiatives, while supporting the needs of the operations team.

Principal Job Duties

  • Serve as a liaison between the client and home/regional offices to advance company initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of project scope and objectives, involving all applicable stakeholders.
  • Understand the goals and objectives of each initiative to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure that company initiatives meet or exceed established key performance indicators.
  • Assist home and regional management by developing expertise in the implementation and use of LAZ Parking systems.
  • Develop and maintain partner and third-party relationships to improve connectivity with the LAZ Parking data warehouse.
  • Evaluate partners and third parties on technical strategy, user experience, approach, and budget to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform risk management assessments to minimize project risks.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Generate spreadsheets, diagrams, and workflow charts to document needs.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings as required (kick-offs, status, presentations, reviews, etc.).
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project development, training, technical, and procedural documentation.
  • Coordinate with the client, home office, and regional office team members to ensure all parties are in alignment with project requirements, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Create, distribute, and maintain project timelines, including day-to-day deliverables.
  • Maintain daily status for all assigned projects.
  • Establish regular status update meetings with applicable stakeholders as needed.
  • Submit project deliverables, ensuring that the product meets or exceeds quality standards.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation, identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Other related duties and projects as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.


  • 3-5 years in an operational role focused on technology.


  • Excellent Power BI, Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe
  • Experience with Business Intelligence systems is a plus.
  • Sense of urgency to meet deadlines and ensure task completion.
  • Strong consultative, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must have a high level of curiosity and investigative mind-set and the ability to multi-task and have a strong attention to detail to balance multiple projects at one time.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
  • Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
  • Demonstrates the ability to seek improvement.
  • Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
