The Spirit of the Position

The Project Manager, Enterprise Collaboration Initiative, reports to the Executive Vice President and member of the Innovation and Technology Committee, Robert DeBurro and works closely with Executive Management to manage the goals of the Enterprise Collaboration between LAZ and FLASH. This position tracks all projects from initiation to implementation, collaborating with upper management and the Joint Steering Committee to achieve all the project goals and desired results.


  • Drive the Initiative to meet and exceed annual project goals.
  • Track the status of all projects.
  • Create, maintain and customize detailed workflows to identify activities/needs to successfully complete projects—assist in the design and implementation of a workflow system within the Case Management Application.
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders nationwide to drive the initiative.
  • Manage resources, time, financial objectives.
  • Develop schedules for project completion and effectively allocate resources.
  • Review project schedules with management and all other staff affected by the project activities and modify or revise the schedule as required.
  • Work with our Parking Partners to ensure guidelines or goals are maintained.
  • Utilize an enterprise management system to keep track of progress.
  • Manage Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management procedures.
  • Ownership of daily, weekly and monthly meetings and communication related to projects.
  • Report project status to management and stakeholders frequently.


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.


  • Accomplish goals through teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong sense of urgency, timeliness, and deadline conscious.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with both management and stakeholders with the utmost professionalism.
  • Ability to develop positive and productive internal and external partnerships.
  • Advanced skills-level in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, meeting deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Must have an aptitude to solve problems and continuously seek ways to improve processes.
