The Spirit of the Position:

The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day activity, planning, monitoring and execution of social media, projects and campaigns to support the national marketing department, under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications.

Principal Job Duties:

  • Responsible for enthusiastically promoting the LAZ culture and brand across all social media platforms, including paid and organic campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, measuring analytics and reporting
  • Create content for all LAZ social media channels
  • Develop and maintain social media content calendar to support company goals, services, brand and culture
  • Monitor social media for industry trends
  • Monitor and respond to all social media inquires/messages/comments
  • Develop, implement and execute social media strategy and analyzing results for optimal results
  • Plan and oversee department projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
  • Designate project resources both internally and externally, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the length of the project
  • Cross managing with service lines, departments and key leaders to content is executed in a timely manner
  • Oversee updates in online printing portal, including assisting regions with setting up new users
  • Manage incoming website press inquiries and RFP requests and field to appropriate parties
  • Manages website maintenance and landing page updates
  • Assisting regions with updates in national client database (e2)
  • General office support as needed, FedEx, copying, printing, etc.
  • Additional related duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years in a Social Media Management role.
  • A minimum 1-2 years in a Project Management role working with multiple stakeholders
  • Previous experience working in high-stress situations with tight deadlines/high customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and General Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Knowledge in Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premier a plus.

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
