The Spirit of the Position:

As a company devoted to promoting an employee-focused servant leadership culture, the Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the programs and initiatives originating from our Home Office and helps to support the individual needs of our operational teams throughout the assigned region.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Senior HR Business Partner and is responsible for high-volume recruiting and hiring of employees in the Midwest region. This role will be responsible for recruiting, hiring and onboarding an average of 15-25 new hires per week, mostly front line valets and cashiers to the company as as well as task force recruitment for new locations within the region.

Principal Job Duties:

  • Aggressively fuels the application/hiring pipeline, including (but not limited to) posting job ads, attending career/job fairs, leveraging social media and searching resume databases.
  • Builds relationships with operations to understand business needs and objectives.
  • Defines job descriptions and develops and implements recruiting strategies that fit business needs and budget considerations.
  • Identifies and implements recruiting processes, including setting expectations with hiring managers, discussing candidate assessments, facilitating learning related to interview skills, etc.
  • Ensures that all talent acquisition procedures are completed including requisitions, offer letters, candidate tracking and reporting.
  • Accurately maintains dashboards and reports for all hiring numbers, including open positions, applicants, applicant sources and hires by location.
  • Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Develops and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Supports the onboarding process, including working with the Hiring Coordinator to facilitate hiring paperwork, background and motor vehicle checks.
  • Supports the new hire process related to ensuring that employee information is accurate in the HRIS system.
  • Acts as a liaison to the HR Business Partners and the Home Office related to new employee inquiries within the region.
  • Others related duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.


  • 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience with emphasis on multi-site recruiting.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.
