About LTS AG

With the smart traffic and parking management system TAPS, LTS AG has the world's first completely energy self-sufficient floor sensor, which on the one hand dynamically records vehicles on the street (smart traffic) and on the other hand the stationary detection of objects in parking lots and in multi-storey car parks (smart parking ) exactly and thus makes a significant contribution to intelligent traffic control in real time. The associated TAPS software suite completes the TAPS system and enables cities and parking space operators to effectively manage real-time data.

Your position

Take on a position with a high level of responsibility and great potential to drive LTS AG's future growth. Design and implement our demand / lead generation strategy from start to finish. You are very excited about the challenge of making a new product known in the rapidly growing global market. You will be able to explain the business advantages of a complex technical product to executives and other stakeholders in short, precise pitches in writing or over the phone. You know how to efficiently identify the right target companies and address them with personalized messages. Your in-depth understanding of modern research and marketing automation tools enables you to automate the sales process to the maximum. The continuous improvement of your sales communication and the refinement of product presentations for various interest groups motivates you personally.

In this role, you will work closely with our founders, who will drive the sales process through to completion.

Your tasks

  • Distribution of LTS products to B2B customers
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business customer relationships
  • Identification of suitable potential contacts via LinkedIn, Xing, events, trade fairs or other platforms and databases
  • Define, execute and automate engagement strategies (email campaigns, cold calls, follow-up calls, events, trade fairs)
  • Qualification of inbound / outbound leads and handover to the sales team for contact
  • Execution and analysis of campaigns for lead generation and determination of improvements based on the KPIs achieved
  • Set up landing pages to drive incoming interest and convert it into contacts
  • Management of the B2B sales funnel
  • Preparation of presentations and sales documents
  • Administrative tasks in all sales processes

What we expect from you

You are a positive, communicative and independently working personality and you distinguish yourself through your efficient and reliable way of working. You have a strong team spirit, you enjoy doing above average and you have the following qualifications:

  • Completed apprenticeship or higher education
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation and lead generation
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them convincingly to business users
  • Technology and data oriented personality with an emphasis on automating processes wherever possible
  • Experience with Sales Cloud + Pardot + Community Cloud
  • Open and positive communication behavior
  • Ability to work in a team
  • High degree of empathy and flexibility
  • Sales flair, persuasiveness and a confident and well-groomed appearance
  • Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
  • English business fluent, spoken and written
  • Very good computer skills are required
