Mastercard Payment Gateway Services is a payment service provider. We offer merchants around the world an omni-channel payment gateway with integrated services (e.g. fraud risk management, alternative payment methods, currency conversion) while reducing their exposure to pain (chargebacks, PCI-DSS compliance etc.).

As part of a co-located, higly agile, SAFe/Scrum team of 4-6 engineers, you will develop, test and deliver all software relating to our transaction engines, reporting tools and internal support systems.
You have excellent object-oriented software engineering skills – framework knowledge is great, but strength in the fundamentals is essential.
You work effectively under your own direction, from ideation to deployment - but as a senior engineer you are also comfortable mentoring others and working closely with your Scrum team, as well as with other teams around the globe.
This isn’t an exhaustive list and none of the above is essential.
You probably aren’t a master of C, but we have significant existing assets that we occasionally need to maintain and extend, and you’re excited about helping us out with that too.
Commercial experience with languages other than Java would be an advantage.
