They are searching for an approachable demeanor, confidence in abilities to manage ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones, and the ability to handle domestic and international travel accommodations that often change at a moment’s notice.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

  • CEO and President support: Efficiently manage schedules for the CEO as well as the President while acting as liaison between their direct reports
  • Company wide responsibilities: Facilitate coordination and booking of internal and external meetings, including staff meetings, executive briefings, all-hands meetings, QBRs, board meetings and any off-site meetings / events
  • Office management and cross office coordination
  • Manage travel (flights, accommodations, car) arrangements for domestic and international travel for select executive staff
  • Process expense reports and receipts in a timely manner
  • Provide ad-hoc project management such as following up on meeting action items, supporting the Annual Kick-off meeting and providing administrative support for other organization-wide projects.
  • Is able to manage complex projects across Europe and USA time zones

EA to President and CEO Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • 5+ years of office experience
  • Preferred: Associates degree and/or B.A. Degree
  • Strong multitasking skills; ability to work well under pressure
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft office, zoom, google Suite)
  • Top writing and communication skills
  • Refined organizational skills; an eye for efficiency
  • Strong ability to see projects through
  • Poise, professionalism, and good judgment
