In direct contact with the Head of Human Resources and in an international context, you will intervene in several areas of human resources. Your missions will be as follows:
Preparing administrative documents related to personnel management: employment contracts, onboarding endorsements, etc.
Support ongoing recruitment operations
Write and distribute job offers / internships on Job Boards and JobTeaser
Manage schools forums
Analyze and follow all the HR dashboards
Establish training records
Participate in transversal events: professional elections etc.
You are looking for an internship of 6 months from June 2019 and you are ideally a curriculum of high school business with a specialization HR or a university course. You are looking for an internship or an internship end of study.
You have an excellent relationship. You know how to be proactive and work in a team. You show autonomy, creativity and rigor.
You master the current office tools.
