The Role

As Customer Care Team Leader for All Park Now markets, you will be responsible for developing and continuously managing a team of Customer Care representatives, focusing on the support and onboarding of ParkNow and EasyPark customers in predefined channels such as phone, email, Whatsapp and Social Media.

You will work closely with the Customer Care Manager and two other Customer Care Team Leaders to continuously improve the work of a Customer Care function operating in an ever-changing business environment.

You will have full people management responsibility and you report to the Customer Care Manager for ParkNow Mainland Europe and EasyPark Emerging Markets in our Dutch office in Diemen, Amsterdam.

You Will Contribute & Make an Impact Through:

Leading and motivating your team in the daily Customer Care operations
Monitoring and reporting of individual KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis
Planning, scheduling and prioritizing team resources in collaboration with the other Team Leaders and the Customer Care Manager
Dedicating time to the individual development of each team member using a coaching approach
Recruiting new staff when necessary

You like problem-solving, getting things done and you enjoy watching people grow and to be there and support along the way. You are easily self-motivated, have great patience and can deal with pressed situations when they arise. You will have a lot of freedom around how to do things and how to work with your team. In an open-minded way, you collaborate closely with the Customer Care Manager and your Team leader colleagues to develop a multi-market Customer Care function that provides a state of the art service experience to our customers.

Your Background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

At least 2 years of leadership experience
At least 1 year of Customer Care experience
Contact center experience (telephone and email)
Excellent spoken and written skills in English are required
Spoken and written skills in Dutch or French is considered a plus
University degree in business administration or similar is also considered a plus
This role is based at the Park Now / Easypark office in Diemen, Amsterdam.
