About the role & team
We are looking for an experienced / highly talented Business Operations lead who is passionate about developing and implementing efficient processes and strategies to help to reach Benelux KPI’s and ambitions within the digital mobility and parking-as-a-services sector.
You are process and data driven and together with your Business Operations team, you enable the Business Development team to focus on their deliverables as agreed in country strategy and initiatives per Quarter.
You lead a team of 6 support colleagues, and you develop an efficient cross departmental collaboration. You know how to focus on key initiatives and how to get stuff done. Your growth mindset sets a clear example for others. The Team Lead Business Development is your peer. You report to the Managing Director NL & BE.

Implement tactics and KPI’s coming from strategic, business and organizational priorities for the company and drive business operational excellence for the region
Lead regional projects/partnerships from analysis to conception, planning up to implementation which includes active monitoring of project progress as well as preparation of sophisticated presentations.
Increase customer and partner loyalty through professional communication and unparalleled support for the business development team
Develop optimization measures based on customer and partner feedback.
Oversee and supporting the implementation of (new) cities services partnerships, car parks and event locations
Define and monitoring relevant Business Operational KPIs and developing improvement
Provide general administrative support to ensure a smooth working day of the team as well as supporting the morale with small and large team events.

Excellent university degree in economics, hospitality, engineering or equivalent
Approx. 5 years' relevant experience with managerial responsibility in the field of tech start-ups and or consulting is beneficial
Experience in setting up and leading projects, process and tooling
Data-driven with strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mind set: ownership, team player, highly pragmatic, strongly result oriented (flexible)
Strong interpersonal skills: cross functional collaboration, persuading, presenting (business case), lead by example, stakeholder management
Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills
Strong sense of responsibility and a high level of commitment
Experience in the field of digital mobility services is an advantage
Fluency in English (written & verbal); fluency in Dutch and French are ‘nice to haves’
