Do you want to make an impact on cities by adding and managing parking space in the city? Then join our NL Operations team as our new full-time Operations Manager!
At ParkBee, we increase the use of existing off-street parking spaces. We work with property owners, ensure the best experience for car drivers, and most important of all, give space back to the city!
As our Operations Manager, you’ll be working right in the heart of ParkBee. The hundreds of property owners and thousands of loyal users prove the value of our contribution. For our next growth phase, we will connect even more properties to our platforms. That is where you come in.
You will ensure the full integration, installation and onboarding of new assets which includes engaging with owners and tenants. Furthermore, you will manage the properties (your assets) and stay on top of daily challenges and improve operational processes. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, both launching new and managing current properties. It is also essential to build strong relationships with stakeholders (real estate firms, property managers and in-house partners) and use this network to scale our operations.
We’re looking for someone communicative, proactive, hands-on, curious, motivated, and outgoing. You take responsibility to get the job done and thrive in the dynamics of a scale-up. Together with Michael, Corneel & Philippe (Asset Managers), Egor (Operations Specialist) and the Customer Support team, you will make the growth of ParkBee possible, one property at a time. Combine that with solving a worldwide problem, and you get a legacy you want to leave behind, right?
Not only will you change the way we park in cities, but you’ll also rapidly move your own career forward. Besides that you’ll find:
A challenging (full-time) job that covers your bills, hobbies and bucket list;
Ambitious team players you don’t want to challenge with table football (yet);
Inspiring office in Amsterdam on the same fruitful soil as leading scaleups like Amazon, Uber and eBay (where we would love, if the measures allow, to have you around for at least 3 days a week);
Personal development budget.
Sounds good? We would love to hear from you! We don’t require (in fact, please don’t write) a long motivation letter; we’d rather have a few pointers, your LinkedIn (or resume) and a good chat to tell you everything you want to know.
