ParkHub is seeking a result oriented and passionate Account Director with a history of over performance in NNARR by cross & up-sell to join our Account team. As an Account Director at ParkHub, you will nurture and grow the business relationship between ParkHub and existing customers while working with varying internal and external constituents. You will be supported by industry leading products and the best sales leadership, talent, training, tools and partners in the industry. Our Account Directors are passionate and enthusiastic about continuously adding value to existing customers by introducing the complete ParkHub product portfolio and translating that into cross & up-sell opportunities. The AD will work at the Dallas Headquarters or will work remotely from home offices to manage all aspects of sales and relationship management within an assigned set of accounts or within a region or vertical industry.

If you live and breathe SaaS enterprise selling, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a multi-talented rockstar to join our Sales team. You quickly grasp customer challenges and buying processes and can marry that knowledge with SaaS and technology solutions. You are a collaborator and facilitator and believe selling is a team sport, but you work the hardest and lead by example. You have the patience to nurture and expand the relationship but at the same time make sure our customers benefit from the depth and breadth of our complete product portfolio. Your key KPI's are NER and NNARR, while thanks to your efforts churn is minimal. Salesforce is your source of truth and with your natural discipline you'll keep all pertinent information updated.

Position Responsibilities

  • Nurture and expand the relationship with existing accounts, optimize NER, maximize NNAR and minimize churn by renewing 100% of your contracts
  • Build relationships with key influencers, develop business insight into and have informed opinions on future strategies of your dedicated customers. Must be able to cross and up-sell and communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Work independently and with business development resources to develop and execute cross and up-sell strategies
  • Perform as self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent in managing his/her business
  • Secure and lead face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision makers including “C” level executives within our target marketplace
  • Deliver compelling customer presentations and proposals that expertly articulate the ParkHub Value Proposition and how this facilitates your customers' strategic objectives.
  • Maintain current and accurate information on account status, sales activity and overall account plans in Salesforce
  • Maintain an accurate cross sell, up-sell and renewal pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the ParkHub consultative and solution selling process.
  • Be flexible and work within the confines of a startup environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years successful sales experience; direct experience in enterprise/SaaS sales
  • Sales experience must demonstrate ability to exceed sales targets. A strong understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale is required
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply proven sales methodologies
  • Possess ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize NER and NNARR and minimize churn
  • Proven ability to gain access to and build trusting relationships with executive levels of an organization and interact with senior level corporate management
  • Must be comfortable with the product value proposition and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, be tenacious, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude
  • Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Negotiate effectively balancing value and time to close
  • High levels of business/financial acumen and emotional intelligence
  • Possess the ability to understand client strategies and tactical requirements and to clearly articulate the company’s offerings to develop solutions that deliver value
  • Possess understanding of current web and cloud technologies
  • The ability to develop and sustain critical relationships across your customer portfolio
  • Must have proven ability to expertly use common desktop office and business technologies
  • Exceptional overall communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
