Who We Want:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a broad range of technical skills and expertise in DevOps. In this hands-on role this candidate would provide quality solutions to our existing and future infrastructure needs. As our company scales we need to make the necessary changes and updates to our infrastructure to scale on our side as well.

Who Can:

  • Provide excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills focused on motivation and positive attitude.
  • Provide solutions to reduce costs on existing and future infrastructure.
  • Have a strong understanding of AWS including Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, RDS, ElasticSearch Service, Elastic Kubernetes Provider (EKS), EC2, S3, Cloudformation, Cloudfront, Elasticache...
  • Build and manage Terraform workflows.
  • Understand CI/CD best practices and be comfortable building out custom deployment pipelines for a variety of microservices.
  • Be able to debug and diagnose infrastructure issues in various environments.
  • Have an understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration and how to manage upgrades to various pieces of the cluster and its platform supporting applications.
  • Build out monitoring and alerting dashboards and tools for various pieces of our infrastructure and features.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle models and, in particular, Agile
  • Understanding of programming languages including Nodejs, Golang, Python...
  • General knowledge of PCI DSS processes, encryption, and security standards
