Who We Are Looking For:
An extraordinary, all-star paid Operations Intern who is seeking to gain valuable knowledge of the unique business of Software as a Service (SaaS) and Hardware as a Service (HaaS) products in an ever changing industry that requires progressive problem solving to uphold the best possible service to our clients.
This position includes equipment cleaning and general upkeep, data entry, provisioning equipment, inspecting equipment, and preparing equipment for deployment. This applicant needs to be flexible, organized, practice a high attention to detail and willing to put in the extra effort.

In this key role, the Operations Intern will work directly with the Logistics Manager and Logistics team effectively executing our inventory flow processes. You’ll spend most of your time interacting with our Operations team ensuring that the business is running optimally. However, team members within multiple departments will rely on you for everyday operations like inventory control, fulfilling orders, hardware updates and ongoing efforts like team member development and performance management.
Skills We Are Looking For:
Curious mind and passionate
Experience with inventory fulfillment & management, shipping & receiving (on a small scale) or logistics preferred
High-level of problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities, and critical thinking
High attention to detail
Comfortable potentially working with clients in an onsite environment
Demonstrated experience with word processor, presentation and spreadsheet software packages
Ability to collaborate with a progressive, high-performing Operations team
Ability to handle changing priorities, frequent interruptions, deadlines and at times heavy workloads
Ability to demonstrate good judgement, professionalism and maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
Preferring candidates with a BA/BS degree in progress
Interest in a career in Operations, and/or Supply Chain/Logistics
What You Will Do:
Assist with potential client onsite equipment swaps/troubleshooting
Check in and test incoming equipment from returns or for repair
Work with Logistics team to ensure timely delivery of various products to clients
Provisioning, setup, testing, and packing of equipment in accordance with deadlines
Handle and process small to medium shipments - incoming and outgoing
Inspect, clean and maintain the integrity of equipment
Use inventory management tools to track serial numbers on several types of equipment
Work in an organized, but fast paced environment where attention to detail is imperative
