ParkHub Product Managers play a critical role in building the next generation of mobility products. You will work closely with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to build products and new experiences. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility and help us achieve our mission of creating a global distribution system for the world.
What you'll be doing:
Develop, prioritize, and document requirements addressing business needs that guide product development
Participating in and eventually running select Scrum ceremonies to ensure requirements are understood, work is appropriately prioritized and progress is on track
Managing internal and external expectations through roadmap updates and structured communication planning (including detailed release plans and release notes)
Managing Beta programs - including customer identification, coordination and assessment of success
Triaging bugs and managing prioritization and assignment accordingly
Track and report on identified product KPIs using Pendo and other tooling
Working closely with both the design and development teams to project manage a product roadmap from ideation through build and delivery
Participating in client feedback sessions to identify new product feature needs and assess current product feature useability and whether it is accomplishing the specified goals
Project Managing the onboard of new clients to existing integrations
What we look for in you:
A solid academic record that demonstrates your potential for learning.
Experience with bug tracking software such as JIRA.
Basic understanding of SQL database and ability to write basic SQL queries.
Knowledge of Agile software development and Scrum best practices.
Experience working in an Agile environment and working directly with engineers.
Understanding of product management and product life cycle.
Ability to communicate succinctly and effectively (both oral and written).
A knack for recognizing patterns and problems.
A zeal for eliminating inefficiency and the creativity to find new, improved ways to do things when a process is broken.
Strong work ethic and drive, high attention to detail, and desire for a high level of ownership.
Top notch organization skills.
Strong critical thinking ability in technical & non-technical issues.
