Parkhub ios seeking a Sr Software Engineer with the skills, experience, and interest to take over primary responsibility for building, extending and maintaining our 3rd-party integrations
Duties:
Responsible for managing and executing the integrations roadmap
Building and deepening e2e integrations with new third-party data providers to import ticket and event data
Extending, refining, and maintaining our public-facing API exposed functionalities, usability, and security
Improving and developing ETL implementations to make them faster, more accurate, and less resource-intensive
Emergency troubleshooting of issues relating to integrations or APIs
Onboarding clients to existing integration solutions
Keeping infrastructure and software up-to-date with new releases and security patches
Skills Required:
Experience performing ETL operations with relational and non-relational databases in production environments
Experience with business-focused schema modeling, design, and architecture
Experience in working with distributed architecture dealing with high volumes of data.
Experience building a scalable, performant, highly available, and secure RESTful API
Experience with using TDD on greenfield and legacy codebases
Significant Experience building applications using AWS infrastructure (Lambda, S3, RDS, Kinesis, API Gateway, Elastic Beanstalk, Cloud Formation, etc.) preferred
Hands on experience with using container technologies in application development, specifically Docker preferred
Significant experience with Node.js preferred
Significant experience with Postgres preferred
Some experience with Golang preferred
Experience using Serverless Framework for building software-designed architecture preferred
Some knowledge of microservices infrastructure principles and best practices preferred
Some experience working with Kubernetes preferred
Experience working with stakeholders to translate business goals to specifications and requirements
Experience working within an agile development environment
