What You'll Do

  • Parkmobile is looking for a professional and energetic Account Support Specialist to provide responsive support to our growing network of clients. This role will be a key member of the Account Management team, helping to building out the process for managing our digitally enabled client segment, including ticketing, telephone, and troubleshooting.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, working to respond to requests and troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
  • Develop written and visual client-centric communications content, and implement strategic communications campaigns to encourage client engagement, retention, and revenue growth
  • Build and leverage key learnings to continually improve Account Management Helpdesk processes and outcomes
  • Assist Parkmobile Account Managers with day-to-day management of accounts
  • Keep a detailed record of client account activity using Parkmobile’s CRM software

Who You Are

  • Self-motivated with a positive, optimistic attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
  • Communications, customer service or client management experience preferred
