Junior Corporate Systems Engineer (Atlanta, US)


Overview Of The Role

As a Junior Corporate Systems Engineer you will be responsible for supporting corporate IT operations, user IT configuration management and production support. You will work closely with various internal teams to enhance operations within their departments. You will also help employees with desktop problems and ensure the servers and network are running at the office. This position will offer room for growth and the ability to touch cutting edge technologies across a variety of departments. You will need to possess a deep desire to expand your skill set and grow inside the company.

Here are a few things you’ll get to do

  • Responsible for installation, configuration, repair and replacement of hardware components
  • Provides support and direction on corporate network and security issues
  • Supports local network infrastructure including – servers, backup devices etc.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose an array of hardware and software issues
  • Manage Active Directory domains, permissions and user access rights
  • Resolve user level IT problems and inquiries

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years of hands on computer experience in a windows and mac shop environment
  • Can provide clear and concise documentation
  • Have worked with Jira or Freshservice before
  • Has experience supporting online conference room software and handling meeting room related issues
  • Energetic, people person who enjoys working with a variety of personalities
  • Desire to learn and grow their skill set and be exposed to new technologies

  • A+ Certification
  • Prior Active Directory experience
