Sales Support Administrator (Atlanta, US)

What You’ll Do

ParkMobile is looking for a professional and energetic Sales Support Administrator to provide support to our sales team and growing network of clients. In the Sales Support Administrator role, you’ll be responsible for keeping a detailed record of client activity in our CRM system, and will assist with the managing of reports and implementation of customers contracts. Other responsibilities may include:

  • Assist ParkMobile Sales and Account Management teams with day-to-day management of prospects and clients
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, working to quickly and effectively reply to requests and troubleshoot issues
  • Develop written and visual client-centric communications content, and implement strategic communications campaigns to encourage client engagement, retention, and revenue growth
  • Work with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure all materials are organized and formatted in accordance with ParkMobile’s brand guidelines
  • Keep a detailed record of client account activity using ParkMobile’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Assist in planning/preparation of meetings and conference calls
  • Pull reports from ParkMobile’s CRM system and think outside the box to find ways to optimize those reports
  • Ensure contracts and proposals are properly inserted in CRM and securely maintained

Who You Are

  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce preferred
  • Self-motivated with a positive, optimistic attitude
  • Excels in relationship management
  • Expectational attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
