Parkonect is a small and nimble company at the forefront of the parking app and on-demand revolution. We streamline technology adoption for parking world-wide with our proprietary IoT cloud-based hardware and software platform that is the Industry’s most advanced solution. And… our sales team needs to keep up with demand and this is where your opportunity awaits.

This position demands attention to detail, accuracy, pipeline management, follow through skills, autonomy as well as collaboration. We are a company that if something is started we do not stop till the task is completed. Our sales team works together on projects and your success is our success. We win together and while it does not happen often, we lose together.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is ready to dive into our existing pipeline, pick up the phone, and close (crush) deals. Whether you’re meeting with architects and contractors or hob-knobbing with our clients, you’re always on and seeking the next opportunity. This requires attention to detail, laser-focus, empathy, passion, creativity and a strong work ethic while maintaining a high level of overall quality. It requires someone who is accountable, creative and resourceful. It requires someone who will find opportunities while others sleep.

Requirements & Qualifications

As part of our sales team, you will be involved in on-site meetings, industry trade shows, presentations, and creating proposals. A strong understanding of access control and mobility are a BIG plus, but if you know how to sell, we can educate you on our system.

Here are the qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience….. you don’t need more than one interview to sell us.
  • Previous experience utilizing a CRM
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts
  • Know your way around a job-site, garage or construction drawings
  • Strong analytical skills necessary to implement our solution
  • Actively listens and identifies customer needs as it relates to our product offering
  • Must be willing to jump on a plane at a moments notice

Salary & Compensation

  • Base salary with potential bonus of 20%-50% of base salary depending on performance and profit share opportunity.
