About the Role

Passport is seeking talented individuals to join our rapidly growing Managed Services team. As an entry level Client Support Associate (CSA), you will work with ambitious, high-energy professionals in delivering exceptional services and support in a safe, fun and friendly environment. We are looking for candidates with excellent time management and organizational skills to join our team in Tarrytown, NY. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work independently to complete tasks with minimal oversight and direction, all while paying close attention to detail. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Payment processing
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Answering informational phone line
  • Data entry
  • Document scanning and electronic filing
  • Administrative duties


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Multi-tasking capability
  • Work independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Proficient in both Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
