About the Role

As the Organizational Change Management Lead, you will have the opportunity to establish the change management practice at Passport. It is an opportunity to be a key member of an operations team driving significant business transformation and maturation in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you will be managing all major change management workstreams and must be comfortable interfacing with all levels of the company, including leadership. You will work on projects that will span from company-wide software and system changes to governing new operating processes and principles.

You will work cross-functionally on a day-to-day basis to ensure that multiple organizations, teams, and stakeholders work in a collaborative manner to ensure the alignment of our core strategies as a company. You influence when necessary, simplify where possible, and ensure that everyone is driving toward the same set of goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects, identify and surface risks, remove roadblocks and facilitate decision-making
  • Create, own and execute change adoption and communication plans for all assigned changes being implemented
  • Report activities using stakeholder matrices, impact analysis, communication and training plans across a portfolio of strategic initiatives
  • Support process improvement methodologies across a cross-functional team
  • Lead, practice, and train change management best practices company-wide
  • Review external communication where needed in partnership with client facing teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5-10 years experience in change management
  • Demonstrated experience and success at delivering cross-functional programs and ability to influence without direct management authority, taking ownership and driving results
  • High attention to detail while managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Must have a data-driven approach to decision making and performance measurement
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Direct experience with change adoption, change plan development & creation, or organizational change capability building
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Experience in a start-up or SAAS environment a plus
  • *Minimum travel required, less than 10% annually
