Senior Revenue Analyst (US)


About the Role

As Senior Revenue Analyst, reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will lead our revenue processing and assist in the design and implementation of billing procedures for cutting edge products. As a critical member of the finance team, the Senior Revenue Analyst will gain a unique perspective of our company while working with multiple internal teams and our clients.   • Process monthly billing for a portfolio of 1,000 clients
  • Supervise and review the work of billing analysts and specialists
  • Assist our Product team with the design of billing procedures for new products
  • Assist in the design and implementation of billing automation utilizing the latest BI and accounting software
  • Assist with the integration of acquisitions
  • Identify and explain invoicing and remittance variances
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Liaise directly with the FP&A team to assist with forecasting and provide variance insight
  • Own revenue recognition for a variety of products and billing structures


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, CPA or CPA candidate is a plus
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience as an accounting analyst, auditor or similar role
  • Experience playing a key role in supporting the accounting month-end close preferred
  • Prior experience in customer billing and collections is a plus
  • Solid experience and understanding of Excel required
  • Proficiency with general ledger packages such as Intacct or Netsuite and experience with the collaborative Google suite of products – Sheets, Drive, etc. preferred
  • Experience in a rapid growth SaaS company is a plus
