This is a unique opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial Marketing Leader to join one of the best and brightest companies, who are creating a new category of mobility solutions.

The VP of Marketing at Passport is a critical player in crafting and executing against our overall Go To Market Strategy. In this role, you will create and own the overall strategic plan for the Marketing function while providing leadership for a talented team of marketing professionals. You’ll work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to craft messaging, and set both short and long-term goals that drive Passport to the next level. This individual will also need to have a heavy focus on developing the company’s enterprise commercial strategy, brand strategy and generating campaigns to support our B2G2C business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive efforts with Product, Sales, Business Development and Government Relations to define an overall product portfolio strategy that will determine positive long-term growth of the organization
  • Lead, collaborate, and continue to build a strong marketing organization via consistent 360-degree communication and cross-functional alignment in service to the organizational vision.
  • Define career paths, provide mentoring, and identify growth opportunities for members of your team
  • Develop marketing and growth strategies to refine existing campaigns in partnership with the revenue organization and senior leadership team and develop new revenue streams
  • Grow digital marketing and lead generation through SEO, SEM, and Social Media
  • Own and iterate on the Net Promoter Score process and subsequent action items, in partnership with Passport’s cross-functional leadership team
  • Analyze existing product and markets in terms of the ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue and sustain or grow profitability
  • Monitor business metrics in regard to CAC, LTV, leads, revenue, profitability, market share, and product portfolio mix
  • Collaborate to define effective channels for all products, along with segments and buyer personas
  • Actively manage and measure marketing program effectiveness across digital and physical channels
  • Own and allocate the marketing budget with a keen eye on attaining sales efficiency metrics comparable to high-growth SaaS businesses that have obtained Series D funding
  • Drive alignment and results with external partners, such as public relations agencies and research firms

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS driven company; transportation/mobility experience is a plus, but not required
  • 5+ years in a marketing leadership position with at least 3 years of business development/sales experience required
  • Proven record of leadership and managing a marketing organization
  • Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing a strategy
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, Marketo and leading marketing platforms
  • Prior experience in creating lead generation campaigns, monitoring quantity and quality of leads by source
  • BA/BS Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
  • MBA degree preferred
  • Travel may be required
