As Customer Success Manager at Peter Park, you support our customers individually with onboarding and questions about the Peter Park operating system and ensure a long-term customer relationship. You will work closely with your colleagues from sales, product management and development to understand customer needs together and to integrate product feedback into new solutions.
You are responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring a long-lasting customer relationship.
You support our customers with questions about the Peter Park operating system via email and phone and show them potential solutions.
Through feedback discussions with customers and analysis of user data, you can identify upselling potential at an early stage.
You work closely with your colleagues from product management and sales to understand customer needs and integrate product feedback into new solutions.
You have successfully completed your studies in economics, humanities or social sciences, technical business administration or a comparable degree.
You are software-savvy and interested in digitization.
You find the parking industry exciting and enjoy dealing with customers.
You have a service mentality and your solution-oriented and flexible nature makes you a competent contact for our existing customers.
You are diplomatic, think strategically and don't lose your cool even in stressful situations.
You are fluent in German
