Technical support and support for our customers.
Support for our customer success team with questions about our software.
Programming and implementation of new features.
Processing and implementation of exclusive technical requirements and wishes of our customers.
You work closely with our tech team.
You have experience with at least one object-oriented language (e.g. Java, Python, C ++).
You are not afraid to sit down at a terminal and configure servers, or import changes into an SQL database.
You have at least 1 year of work experience.
You have an absolute hands-on mentality.
When dealing with customers and external partners, you excel through professionalism and competent demeanor.
You are fluent in German.
