For a newly created position in Norway, we seek:

Business Development Manager Norway

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for realizing the long-term opportunities within our segment in the Norwegian market. This includes close dialogue with public authorities, various smart-city concepts and strategic partnerships to build long-term and profitable customer relationships in the Norwegian market. You will be close to your customers with the aim of developing future road pricing solutions, advanced communications, new SW platforms and SaS solutions. Together with the others in the management of Q-Free Norway, you will participate in strategic bid processes and develop the future business platform for the Norwegian market. The role will also include close customer contact in commercial projects, and participation in delivery projects.

The main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Business development and strategic sales in the Norwegian market
  • Build networks within the ITS industry in Norway
  • Lead bidding teams in selected bidding processes and negotiations
  • Monitor market trends and technology development, and communicate this to internal product development processes

We are looking for a person with the following characteristics:

  • Ability to show initiative and take responsibility for creating results
  • Is a creamman who sees commercial opportunities, and with financial understanding to transform these into real profitable business
  • A team worker with good collaborative skills who shares information and knowledge and plays other good to achieve common goals.
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing (both in Norwegian and English)
  • We are looking for someone with a technical education background and at least 5 years of experience in the technology industry.
  • Experience in strategy and business development will be a clear advantage.

Some travel business must be expected.
