We develop innovative computer-vision-based devices and we are seeking a talented Embedded Software Engineer, passionate about embedded systems and IoT, to join our R&D team.
About The Role
What will you do?
Be part of an agile and product-oriented team of software engineers.
Be devoted to maintaining the firmware of our computer-vision-based devices.
Be involved in all aspects of the next product enhancements, from design to testing.
Participate as a member of a team composed of other-products software and hardware engineers that defines the guidelines to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for Quercus embedded products.
What profile are we looking for?
Engineering Degree (Computer Sciences, Electronics or Telecommunications).
At least three years of experience in Linux-based software for embedded systems (ARM preferred).
Specific knowledge in programming languages (C/C++ and shell scripting).
Specific knowledge in programming languages (NodeJs, Python).
Strong skills in programming structures, algorithms and multithreading concepts.
Experience in computer vision and parallel computing.
Experience working with testing infrastructures in a Continuous Integration environment.
Knowledge in Linux kernel code.
Experience working with IoT architectures.
Knowledge in creation tools of Linux distributions for embedded software (Yocto preferred)
