Working in São Paulo offices, your mission will be to manage Quercus's own projects and provide expert support to partners in theirs.
Main functions and responsibilities:
1. Manage the Quercus's projects, coordinating suppliers, industrial and internal resources
Plan the project based on the technical and commercial offer, and present them to the final customer (when necessary).
Monitoring the projects, detecting and anticipating possible deviations.
Keep the client up-to-date about the project progress.
Close the project, obtaining feedback from all stakeholders (clients, suppliers, industrial and internal resources) in order to incorporate lessons learned to the methodologies and procedures, and inform the involved departments (TO, R & D, Customer Service , Sales)
2. Support to the sales department
Participation in the writing of technical and economic offers.
Support in the defense of important projects.
Assistance and participation in events (fairs,product presentations ...)
At least 3 years's experience in IT project management in an international company
Experience in CCTV systems, access control, networks or simlar industries will be a plus.
English & Spanish B2 level.
