Sales Back-Office Specialist (Barcelona, ES)

Working in our new premises in Barcelona, and reporting to the International Sales Director, his / her mission will be the internal management of clients, support to the sales team and maintain up-to-date the CRM software.

Main functions:

CRM software:

  • Maintain up-to-date all the contacts in the CRM (SugarCRM).
  • Reporting the sales team activity
  • Lead & contact management

Client Management

  • Control of products's demos.
  • Web contact (info @) management.
  • Validate sales orders:, delivery time, payment methods, discounts, ...
  • Customer information: delivery date, stocks, delays, ...
  • Sales phone calls.
  • Follow-up of sales offers.

Commercial support

  • Lead detection.
  • Travel, lodge & visits organization for the sales team: flights, hotels, ...
  • Sales expenses reporting (Captio)
  • Statistical reports of sales activitiy
