Sales Back-Office Specialist (Barcelona, ES)

We are looking for a native or high-level (C1) English speaking professional, with at least 2 years' experience in international sales, back-office or customer service. Any other language will be a plus (e.g. French, Portuguese, German)

CRM (sugarCRM) and MS office or Libreoffice advanced skills and Navision ERP (MS Dynamics NAV) is a plus.


Working in our new premises in Barcelona, and reporting to the International Sales Director, his / her mission will be the internal management of clients, support to the sales team and maintain up-to-date the CRM software.

Main Functions

1. CRM software

  • Maintain up-to-date all the contacts in the CRM (SugarCRM).
  • Reporting the sales team activity
  • Lead and contact management

2. Client Management

  • Control of product demos.
  • Web contact (info@) management.
  • Validate sales orders: delivery time, payment methods, discounts, etc.
  • Customer information: delivery date, stocks, delays, etc.
  • Sales phone calls.
  • Follow-up of sales offers.

3. Commercial support

  • Lead detection.
  • Travel, lodge and visits organization for the sales team: flights, hotels, etc.
  • Sales expenses reporting (Captio)
  • Statistical reports of sales activity
