Conduent Transportation is seeking an experienced Regional Director to manage our Curbside Management/Parking Solutions programs for the central United States region.

The Regional Director is responsible for providing senior management oversight, including service delivery and P&L performance, for a large and diverse set of curbside management, parking and mobility programs.

This position will preferably be based in the Denver area or in the central region, including states; Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma.

The Regional Director will have direct supervision over several key programs/program managers and will be indirectly responsible for all front line employees. Scope of services for the different contracts includes providing citation management services, citation enforcement software, cashier operations, and curbside management solutions. The position will ensure compliance with required contract performance standards and service level agreements. Additionally, the position will have overall responsibility for the region operations including service delivery operations (including Call Center, Correspondence, Production Support, Walk-in Center, IT and Back Office and related functions), profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, resource allocation, problem resolution, budgetary efforts, contract deliverables/program goals and act as a mentor/leader to the managers responsible for the various programs.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Ensure contract compliance and excellent service delivery to clients
  • Manage and implement strategy for achieving regional revenue/profit results and meeting business objectives
  • Achieve measurable results on time and on budget
  • Drive continuous improvements to ensure efficient/cost effective operations; develop/implement process, program or service improvements to meet such goals
  • Develop the operational discipline and focus to identify and pursue core markets
  • Manage overall Conduent relationship with customers as well as key subcontractors and vendors
  • Cost Management, Forecasting
  • Manage and participate with rebid and new business proposal preparation and submission
  • Support both new and existing customer growth and new product/services development
  • Contract negotiations, rebids and change orders
  • Maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture
  • 25 to 35 percent travel required

Key Skills

  • Detailed knowledge of the Curbside Management, Parking and/or Transportation industry
  • Excellent written and communications skills with ability to present to Sr. Executives
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
  • High-level analytical and process skills
  • Team oriented and desire for success
  • Strong problem-solving skills and persistence in the face of obstacles

  • Ability to influence leaders and set/implement strategy
  • Experience with Data Analytics is a plus

Experience And Education

  • Curbside Management, Parking & Transportation experience with 5+ years in a leadership role, including a minimum of 3 years in a large scale, complex project environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or IT curriculum or equivalent industry and management experience
  • Experience working with Local Government agencies is preferred
  • PMP certification, CAPP and/or Six Sigma is preferred
