Conduent Transportation is seeking an experienced Regional Director to manage our Curbside Management/Parking Solutions programs for the central United States region.
The Regional Director is responsible for providing senior management oversight, including service delivery and P&L performance, for a large and diverse set of curbside management, parking and mobility programs.
This position will preferably be based in the Denver area or in the central region, including states; Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma.
The Regional Director will have direct supervision over several key programs/program managers and will be indirectly responsible for all front line employees. Scope of services for the different contracts includes providing citation management services, citation enforcement software, cashier operations, and curbside management solutions. The position will ensure compliance with required contract performance standards and service level agreements. Additionally, the position will have overall responsibility for the region operations including service delivery operations (including Call Center, Correspondence, Production Support, Walk-in Center, IT and Back Office and related functions), profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, resource allocation, problem resolution, budgetary efforts, contract deliverables/program goals and act as a mentor/leader to the managers responsible for the various programs.
