with licensing background to support our purchase at Mönchengladbach.

Your Tasks

  • Review and evaluate licensing issues when using open source software to ensure open source compliance.
  • Clarify questions about the use of standard software products including license agreements.
  • Support internal and external software projects.
  • Look after and clarify privacy issues for the purchasing department.
  • Correspond and communicate with internal and external interfaces in English and German.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies as a lawyer (m / w / d) with at least the 1st state examination or alternatively business lawyer (m / w / d) with a focus on IT.
  • You already have some experience in IT purchasing, ideally in the area of standard and open source license agreements.
  • You have knowledge in IT contract law.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
  • Proper German and English skills are required.
  • Can argue convincingly and are capable of conflict.
  • You work result-oriented and have a confident appearance.
  • Enjoy occasional business trips.
