You work independently on telephone and written customer inquiries.
You create service orders and prioritize the incoming service requests.
Help customers with commercial and administrative inquiries.
You administer the customer area of our service management tool.
You will work on the contractual and content-related setup of digital customer solutions.
You provide operational support for customer projects.
You have successfully completed your commercial apprenticeship.
You have already gained initial experience in customer service.
You are well versed in using MS Office products.
Knowledge of Service-Now or any other CRM tool is beneficial.
A basic technical understanding is welcome, but not a prerequisite.
You have a very good knowledge of German.
You work independently and strive for optimized work processes.
You have a strong customer and service orientation as well as the ability to work in a team.
