For our Customer Support Center BLX we are looking for a Customer Support Engineer
Scheidt & Bachmann Parking Systems B.V. we are a fully-fledged subsidiary of the globally operating Scheidt & Bachmann GmbH. Scheidt & Bachmann has been around since 1872 and develops, produces and distributes its own products from its factory in Mönchengladbach (Germany). After an error message has been transferred from the 1st to the 2nd line support, it will be delivered to you. You assess the report and discuss the first possible recovery options with the customer. If possible, you resolve the malfunction yourself using remote. When it seems impossible to remotely resolve the malfunction, our Field Service Engineers are ready to go to the customer. This means that you as a Customer Support Engineer are in close contact with both the customer and our Field Service Engineers to offer them support where necessary.
