For our Customer Support Center BLX we are looking for a Customer Support Engineer

What are you going to do?

After an error message has been transferred from the 1st to the 2nd line support, it will be delivered to you. You assess the report and discuss the first possible recovery options with the customer. If possible, you resolve the malfunction yourself using remote. When it seems impossible to remotely resolve the malfunction, our Field Service Engineers are ready to go to the customer. This means that you as a Customer Support Engineer are in close contact with both the customer and our Field Service Engineers to offer them support where necessary.

What do we expect from you?

  • Minimum 2 years work experience on a Help Desk / Service Desk in a technical environment;
  • Excellent communication skills in speech and writing (NL, ENG)
  • You live in the Zoetermeer area
  • You enjoy being in contact with customers and your colleagues in the field on a daily and enthusiastic basis, and then serving them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • You are technically strong, which means that solving a problem will not cost you any effort.
  • Thanks to your technical experience you will quickly feel at home in the world of parking systems.
  • You have an extraordinary grasp of both the Dutch and English languages, which means that you can communicate easily and effortlessly with our entire (Benelux) customer base.
  • In addition, you effortlessly move into customer experiences and adjust your conversation technology accordingly.
