You are responsible for the direct telephone answering of national and international customer inquiries.
You create service orders and prioritize the incoming service requests.
They monitor appointments.
You maintain the data in our service management tool.
They serve customers with service contracts (including call acceptance).
You create statistics and assist in the processing of organizational office tasks.
You have already gained initial experience in the hotline or in the help desk.
You are well versed in using the MS Office products.
A basic technical understanding is welcome, but not a requirement.
You have good German and English skills.

You have an independent and team-oriented way of working.
Very good communication skills on the phone complete your profile.
The employment relationship is initially limited to 12 months. There is an option to extend the fixed-term contract.
