Internal sales representative

to support the sales area of our subsidiary Scheidt & Bachmann Parking Solutions Germany GmbH at the Mönchengladbach location.

As a sales representative in the office, you will work directly with our Director Sales D-A-CH. You take on defined task packages, follow offers, coordinate appointments and inquiries in the sales team and are the central interface between the field sales force and our customers' internal departments. In this position, you will be responsible for your areas of responsibility and, if necessary, take on ad-hoc tasks.

Your tasks

  • They advise our customers over the phone about our range of products and services.
  • You work on individual customer concerns, develop solutions and check technical feasibility with the help of the specialist departments.
  • You look after the active existing customers, the generation and processing of orders.
  • You proactively support communication to expand our customer base (cold calling).
  • You support the sales representatives and coordinate with them.
  • You carry out the market and customer analysis and follow the offers.
  • You are in contact with sales colleagues, production, technology and quality assurance.
  • You maintain customer data in our CRM system.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your commercial apprenticeship.
  • You have a professional, engaging demeanor on the phone and good written and spoken skills.
  • You are enthusiastic about selling products and services that require technical explanation.
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You have a good command of English.
  • You have a good technical understanding and good negotiating skills as well as a high level of customer orientation.
  • You like to work independently and responsibly.
  • You enjoy sales and dialog with your customers.
  • You have a high level of self-motivation and are a socially competent team player.
  • Your strong problem solving and analysis skills complete your profile.
