As a Management Assistant you support the Director and you work closely with the Management Team. You monitor deadlines, prepare meetings, receive guests, support in the field of facilities, organize business events and keep everything in order administratively.
You are successful because you are accurate, proactive, quality conscious and considerate. In addition to these personality traits, you are a go-getter and you don't stop until you reach your goal. You can also separate the main from the side issue and you know where you should go ahead and what can be left behind. You have an excellent ability to plan, organize and structure, making you an exceptional support for the Director in an independent manner and your contribution to the overall organization is huge!
