to support our in-house service team at our subsidiary Scheidt & Bachmann Parking Solutions Germany GmbH at the Mönchengladbach location.

Your tasks

  • You will carry out network clarifications together with the IT of our customers and IT service providers.
  • You assign and clarify IP networks for the remote service of our customer projects.
  • You support our service technicians in the field by remote / telephone.
  • You configure Cisco routers and firewalls (VPN tunnels and "NAT") and create documentation and network plans.
  • You perform Cisco CLI Spripting and manage databases.
  • You administer domain controllers, terminal and radius servers as well as NAS systems.
  • You configure and administer hardware and software solutions for colleagues in the department (computers, notebooks, smartphones, peripherals).

Your profile

  • Ideally, you have successfully completed your training in the field of IT infrastructure (IT specialist or similar).
  • You have already gained your first practical experience as a network technician or in a comparable environment.
  • You have a good knowledge of LAN / WAN networks, TCP / IP protocols and network technologies as well as basic knowledge of HTML.
  • You work ticket-oriented with the "ServiceNow" tool.
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
  • Your well-versed German and English skills complete your profile.
