Stanley Robotics is a French robotics startup created in January 2015 developing an automated car valet service; it uses platforms capable of moving any car and optimising available parking space by up to an additional 50%.

The three founders, Clément Boussard (CEO), Aurélien Cord (CTO) and Stéphane Evanno (COO) all come from the automotive industry and major French research institutes in the field of autonomous vehicles. This service is intended to facilitate dropping off a vehicle on the one hand and optimising a car park’s capacity on the other.

Job Description

As part of our technical team, you will be in charge of our application product which monitor and manage our parkings and robots in real time. Your mission is to design, specify and document the whole application intended to internal and customers (airports) usage:

  • Identify and prioritise user and business needs;
  • Integrate transversal network of product owners, system engineers ensuring everybody is working on the right priorities. Quarterly, you will be helping of the preparation and animation of our product seminar;
  • Complete and keep up to date the functional analysis and all related documents. Keep up to date the system road map in accordance with our clients projects;
  • Propose and set up new ideas to improve performance;
  • Ensure the quality of the delivered features (QA);
  • Manage the launch of features and their communication & Ensure the follow-up of the delivered features (performance, operation).

Your Profile

  • Generalist Engineer background;
  • You have at least one experience in the development of system including high issues of software;
  • You have experience working on at least one project or system with a major software component (embedded, web, real time...).
  • You know how to manage Agile projects;
  • You exude natural leadership and know how to promote shared decision-making;
  • Professional level of English proficiency.

Recruitment Process

  • HR phone call with one of our recruiter (around 20 minutes)
  • Interview with the manager and one member of the team (1 hour)
  • English test online (30 minutes)
