We are seeking a motivated individual to increase our growing client acquisition team!
As a Business Developer you will identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. You will work with our internal team, marketing staff, and managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for our organization.
Identify and research potential clients
Develop and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
Experience in the Parking or Access Control industry is required.
Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English.
Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
