Summary of Position Functions
T2 Systems is looking for a QA Manager with leadership experience and capabilities to influence the development of the Quality Assurance team. This individual will manage a hybrid team of both automation and manual test engineers, ensuring a high standard of quality for both multi-tenant architecture software and connected IoT devices. The position will interface directly with senior development managers, senior product managers, and the DevOps organization to align priorities, determine scheduling, and provide guidance on solving new challenges. The QA Manager will set their team’s direction on Selenium and Restful API testing, as well as micro service and multi-tenant architecture verification.
Essential Position Functions
Facilitate a quality first approach
Experience leading a team of manual and automation engineers
Experience with Selenium and RestFul software testing
Providing oversight and guidance on strategic projects
Lead QA Engineers in overcoming challenges blocking their agile/scrum teams
Review product requirements, design specifications, and acceptance criteria
Work with Project Managers to provide accurate cost/time estimates
Work closely with development teams to identify and understand key features and their underlying functionality
Retain and grow a world class Quality Assurance team
Assist in determining root cause analysis of failed tests and build processes to ensure testing accuracy
Education and Qualifications

Minimum University degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited post-secondary institution (or equivalent).
5+ years' industry experience in QA or Software Engineering
Previous QA Manager experience
Familiarity with version control, bug tracking, and CI / CD systems
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience utilizing common and embedded automation frameworks
Comfortable engaging cross-functional partners including development teams, system architects, product management, and Support
Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Experience building processes to minimize risk and maintain quality
Manual testing background and testing fundamentals
Creation and maintenance of tools to improve testing processes
Strong problem solving skills
