Your mission

Within the Growth and Marketing team, you are in charge of taking over the torch of our account manager after the signing of contracts, you are the guarantor of the current partner portfolio (airports, airlines, travel agencies ...)

Official ambassador of TravelCar to our partners, you are their privileged interlocutor. You analyze and understand their functioning as well as their stakes, to build a lasting relationship.

Accompanist familiarize your partners with our solutions, offering them first class onboarding and support on all their subjects and this, very regularly.

True chameleon, you know the specifics of your partners at your fingertips and demonstrated a total adaptability to its different interlocutors. You target and continually anticipate their needs. A different and adapted speech for each of our partners: you will not be bored!

As a business advisor, you analyze the performance of your partners, develop their KPIs and are proactive on adapted solutions (incentives, contests, etc.). The goal is to continually improve the turnover of your portfolio.

R & D Web, you are on the page on the tools and strategies favoring the development of your post and share the experiences feedback for a continuous improvement.

Who are you ?

Let's talk about you now!

  • Graduated from a BAC + 5 in business or marketing or equivalent training
  • You like to understand the needs, and convert them by strategic actions
  • You are stimulated by the constant search for solutions adapted to your target
  • You have experience in Travel (airlines, tour operator, etc ...) or car rental, it is a considerable!
  • Your good interpersonal skills and your listening helps you to build trusting and lasting relationships
  • A fluent English (read, spoken, written) is required
  • The command of an additional language is obviously a plus!
  • You are tenacious & you have a transversal vision of the business
  • A real interest for digital & new technologies, and creativity in the proposal of strategies!

  • You will understand, after having gone from 12 to 80 employees in less than 2 years, we are looking for our future product & partnership specialist, who ensures onboarding & daily monitoring of the satisfaction and loyalty of our network of partners
  • Proactive you contact our partners as regularly as possible, keeping in touch with all their complaints and anticipating their evolution needs.
  • As a privileged interlocutor, you have the art and the way of analyzing, the functioning and the stakes of each of your interlocutors and adapt your strategy accordingly.
  • Your sense of contact, your curiosity and your organization will be your best allies to support your portfolio!
