Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate business growth
Taking ownership of customers relationship and following through the onboarding to resolution
Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
Relevant experience in the customer service area or in a similar role in the multi-market environment
IT and/or business-related studies
Solid project management skills
Strong communication skills and fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Proactive and independent attitude towards work and good organizational skills
Current residence inside the EU
We consider it a plus if you have:
Previous work experience with customer projects, customer relationship management
Understanding of modern service development (Agile, Scrum)
International working or studying experience
Language skills such as French, German , Swedish
