Inside Sales Employee (Brussels, BE)


Do you have experience within sales support, as a commercial salesperson or are you ready to use your technical knowledge as a commercial advisor? To expand our Sales hub at WPS Belgium in Zaventem, we are looking for a technical Inside Sales Employee.

Content of the Function

As a commercial centipede you play an important role within WPS Parking Systems. You form the link between the project organization, field staff, our suppliers and the customer. In addition, you know better than anyone how to advise and enthuse our existing and potential customers about our high-quality, technical parking management solutions. The focus within this position of Inside Sales Employee is on building customer relationships, supporting your colleagues in the field and supervising complex and technical tender processes. In the role of Sales Representative, you perform (commercial) administrative tasks such as carrying out preliminary calculations, drawing up project files and order follow-up. In addition to these tasks, you also like to think along with the team about optimizing our service and you ensure optimal aftersales. You will become part of a global player and a close-knit team where technical innovation, hard work, but also a healthy dose of humor alternate. On the basis of intensive cooperation with the account managers, you are responsible for the realization of the set commercial objectives.

Your Daily Tasks Listed:

  • Actively follow up leads and project opportunities based on acquisition;
  • Advising and relationship management, with your technical knowledge and persuasiveness you know how to best fulfill the wishes and ideas of our customers;
  • Support your colleagues with complex and technical tenders;
  • Drafting, issuing and following up quotations;
  • Financial preparatory work, by means of performing calculations;
  • Administrative handling of the total sales process from quotation to order and keeping track of this in our CRM system (Efficy)

Your Qualities

For this varied and challenging position, we are looking for a customer-oriented and enterprising Inside Sales colleague with:

  • A completed Technical and/or Business Administration secondary education, possibly supplemented with follow-up studies;
  • Command of the Dutch and French language, because you will advise both Dutch-speaking and French-speaking customers;
  • A few years of relevant work experience in a similar position within the technical sector (B2B);
  • A strong personality with very good communication skills;
  • Accuracy, you know how to keep an overview of set deadlines;
  • Commercial attitude with clear technical knowledge or affinity, you see opportunities when they arise and are a true sparring partner for our customers.
