International Development & Environmental Holdings, an emerging leader in parking management wishes to issue the following clarification to its October 29, 2010 press release.
On September 16, 2010, the Company acquired Heights Management 63 LLC, a parking management company owned by the Company's President Scott Lieberman.
While the Company intends to enter the van and truck leasing and real estate management businesses, it has not yet entered into agreements to acquire any such businesses.
